Jason Lee

Jason Lee is a technology and product leader with over 16 years of experience driving strategy, execution, and growth across startups, public companies, and enterprise environments.  He is best known as the Founder of OptionsSwing, a financial education and data platform that grew into one of the largest retail trading communities online before being acquired, alongside his SaaS venture Ternary, by Asset Entities (NASDAQ: ASST), where he serves as Chief Technology Officer.

Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Jason spent seven years at Salesforce where he specialized in enterprise architecture, CRM strategy, and large-scale SaaS implementations for the Retail and Consumer Goods customers.  His technical foundation and business acumen allowed him to bridge the gap between engineering and product strategy, later applying those skills to build and scale his own technology-driven startups in fintech, creator tools, and community SaaS.

Recognized by Salesforce as an Employee Spotlight as well as being named on Forbes Next 1000 for his entrepreneurial impact, Jason has built and led multiple cross-functional teams in product development, growth marketing, and community operations while scaling audiences to hundreds of thousands across Discord and social platforms.

Beyond his professional work, Jason is turning into a passionate sim racer and motorsports enthusiast. He also continues to invest in and advise emerging ventures at the intersection of finance, technology, and digital communities.

Jason is thrilled to join the Racing For Mental Health Board of Directors to help drive awareness and support for mental wellness through the power of community and motorsports. His passion for innovation and advocacy aligns perfectly with the organization’s mission to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
