Mental Health?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It determines how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

Mental Illness?

Also known as a mental health disorder, a mental illness is any mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that negatively impacts a person’s life activities.

Who is at
Risk?

EVERYONE is at risk of developing a mental illness, regardless of sex, age, race, or social/financial status.
