With a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising, Daniel Hall has been instrumental in helping organizations raise over $50 million for mission-driven projects. A graduate of the University of Mississippi’s Trent Lost Institute for Public Policy Leadership, Daniel’s passion for youth and community-focused service has garnered national recognition. His fundraising expertise shines particularly in capital campaigns, where he successfully led four community development organizations to raise $7.5 million.

As the Vice President of Resource Development for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, Daniel was named Fundraising Professional of the Year by Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Southwest region. During his tenure, he developed a strong grant-making track record, securing more than $12 million in private and public grants over three years.

Today, Daniel serves as the Senior Director of Managed Services at Harness Giving, providing Development Staffing Solutions to nonprofit organizations. His journey with Harness Giving began in 2018 when he sought an online donation solution for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas. Recognizing the potential of Harness’s innovative approach to philanthropy, Daniel integrated the technology into BGCTX’s fundraising strategy, resulting in a significant increase in online donations. His success with Harness’s platform showcases his ability to leverage technology to build robust, tech-focused individual giving programs.
